Her research focuses on Family Law, Mediation, ADR, Land Laws, Property Law, Legal Aid, and Para Legal Services. Dr. Jayanthi is passionate about Family Law, especially the legal issues that affect families. Her interest lies in custody disputes, divorce settlements, and the evolving dynamics of family relations. In Mediation and ADR, she explores non-adversarial conflict resolution to promote peaceful settlements. Her research aims to ease the judicial burden and encourage amicable solutions. She also delves into Land and Property Law, exploring legal frameworks governing land use, ownership, and real estate transactions.
